What personal information this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Lunar Mosaic is a registered DBA of Method Social Kinetics LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Our offices are at 914 East Broadway Road, 1103, Tempe, Arizona 85282, United States and C. de Puerto Rico 43, 1º 1ª, 46006 Valencia, Spain. What we collect
We only collect what you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization (if you give one), where your project is, the service you need and your message. When you email us, we receive what you write and your email address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address and the date you confirmed it.
Like every website, our hosting provider’s servers keep short-term technical logs of visits, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running. We don’t use these to identify you.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and a random identifier stored in a cookie. If you don’t accept, none of this is collected. We don’t use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare an estimate. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form, and the steps you ask us to take before any contract.
- To send you our newsletter, if you subscribe. The legal basis is your consent, which you confirm by email and can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
- To keep records of our correspondence and of any work we do together, as tax and business law require.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (Google Analytics). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
Who else sees it
The contact form is processed on our hosting provider’s servers (Hostinger) and delivered to our inbox through our email provider (Titan). The forms don’t store your messages on the server. To stop spam, they keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which can’t be turned back into the address, for up to one hour. If you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) processes the analytics data for us. Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Brevo, a French company that stores them in the European Union. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features. We never sell or share your information for marketing, and we only disclose it when the law requires.
International transfers
Lunar Mosaic works from the United States and Spain, so information you send may be handled in both. When personal information from the European Economic Area is handled in the United States, we protect it with the safeguards the law requires. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless they become part of a project, in which case we keep project records for as long as tax and business law require. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics keeps analytics data for 2 months, and its cookies expire after up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@lunarmosaic.com or hola@lunarmosaic.com. We’ll reply within one month.
If you are in the European Union and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
