Accessibility
statement
Accessible communication is what we do, so our own site should meet the same standard.
Our goal
We aim for LunarMosaic.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, in English and Spanish.
What we’ve done
- Body text is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readers with low vision.
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast. We measure it against the actual background behind each line, including the glass panels and glows.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Buttons, links and form fields are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they are easy to tap.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative shapes and patterns are hidden from screen readers.
- Animation is optional. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site shows no movement, and every page works without JavaScript. If it is set to reduce transparency, the glass panels become solid.
- Each page is written for its reader in English and Spanish, not machine-translated.
Known limitations
- The images of the MinuteMinds brand guidelines contain small text. Their descriptions summarize them rather than repeating every word; the important information is in the page text.
- Our capabilities statement PDF is not yet tagged for screen readers. Email us and we will send the same information in an accessible format.
- Links to share a post open LinkedIn or your email program, which we don’t control.
- We have not yet tested the site with people who use assistive technology day to day. We plan to, and we welcome your feedback in the meantime.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site doesn’t work for you, email hello@lunarmosaic.com (US) or hola@lunarmosaic.com (Spain). Tell us the page and what happened. We’ll reply within two business days and can provide the content in another format.
How we check
Before every update, each page is tested automatically at desktop and phone sizes: axe-core checks it against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, a script tabs through every link and control to confirm the focus is always visible, every control is measured against the 44-pixel target size, and text contrast is measured over what is actually drawn behind it. We also check that pages are complete with animation and JavaScript turned off, and we try every new page by hand with a keyboard.
